Welcome to Brooke House, our beautiful Victorian Guest House in the heart of Shanklin, Isle of Wight. At Brooke House we offer both Bed & Breakfast and Half-Board Accommodation in our 7 individually decorated en-suite guest rooms. Brooke House is an ideal location to base yourself for a short break or longer holiday with the award winning Beach and Shanklin Esplanade, which is lined with traditional amusements only a short stroll away.
The picturesque Shanklin Old Village, Shanklin Theatre and Shanklin Chine are also all within easy walking distance. Exploring what the whole Island has to offer is also easy with the Island Line train service and Southern Vectis bus routes all nearby. For those who enjoy walking and cycling, the cliffpath to Sandown and beyond is easily accessible as is the Undercliff path to Ventnor.

There are 6 on the first floor and 1 "Beach Hut" themed room on the ground floor.
Most of our rooms have a seating area.
Everyone has access to a fridge whether it is in the room or the use of a shared fridge on the landing.
Rooms 1, 2, 3 & 5 have the flexibility of either a Super King Bed or 2 Single Beds.
En-suite Shower Room with Toiletries and Towels, Free Wi-Fi, Complimentary Hospitality Tray, Colour Freeview TV, Radio Alarm Clock, Hair Dryer, Tissues, Information Folder and Black Out Blinds.
