We are more than happy to help you with your luggage and will collect it from your car and deliver it to your room if preferred.
We do not have a lift, but access to two first floor rooms, avoiding any steps, is possible via the rear fire escape and bridge.
This does involve exiting the front entrance and proceeding up a slope to the rear fire entrance.
