Our three rooms are all en-suite, centrally heated and contain a king size bed, writing desk and chair.
Beds are made up with duvets as standard (an additional blanket is available in each room).
Rooms have free WiFi, a flat screen TV with freeview, dvd / cd player & digital radio, luggage rack, fan, hair dryer, tissues, fresh towels, refreshments tray with traditional tea, fruit & herbal teas, coffee, hot chocolate, Horlicks, biscuits, sweets, bottled water and wine glasses.
A cork screw, iron and ironing board, sewing repair kit and shoe cleaning products are all available on request.

English Breakfast: Bacon, Sausage, Baked Tomato, Hash Brown (gluten free), Mushrooms and Beans (vegetarian and gluten free pork sausages available).
Hot Drinks: Fresh Coffee or Tea (a selection of fruit and other options are generally available upon request).

Distance - 3 1/2 miles from the M5 at Junction 27 via Sampford Peverell and Uplowman (slightly further than the route typically suggested by SAT NAV systems, but avoids a half mile section of very narrow lane with few passing places).
Please note we do not have large commercial signage.
1. Exit the M5 (or the A38) at Junction 27 onto the A361 dual carriageway (signposted Tiverton and Barnstaple).
2. Keep to the left hand lane for only 1/3 of a mile, then leave the A361 at the first exit (signposted Holbrook Lane, Sampford Peverell, Halberton and Parkway Station).
