Let me introduce myself: I am a professional chef with over 24 years of experience. My career began in the Royal Household at Buckingham Palace and Windsor Castle, before working as a private chef on Yachts and business jets. I have also had several years of experience as a Chef in various restaurants and pubs throughout Devon. My past experience has given me an insight into the many types of foods and service that go into creating a well organised event.
Piglet Cottage was created in 2007 through a passion for the South West Countryside and its truly wonderful farm fayre. We offer a range of hog roast menus. We arrive on site with all the equipment necessary to produce a perfectly cooked pig and have a fantastic Hog Roast.
The skin is scored to ensure plenty of crispy crackling and the cooked meat is freshly carved and served with the accompaniments you have chosen.
Piglet Cottage not only offers the Traditional English Hog Roast but can also provide several different styles of Hog Roast.
The delicious Porchetta with rosemary, thyme, sage, fennel, garlic, olive oil, sea salt, black pepper and honey.
