Head for Cullompton town centre taking the B3181 towards Broadclyst/Exeter.
Continue for approximately 3 miles out of the town and at the Merry Harriers Public House turn left - following signposts to Langford.
Immediately after hump back bridge turn right.
Newcourt Barton is situated at the top of the road on a T. Junction on the left.
Please continue along the road and use the Bed and Breakfast entrance.
Exit the A30 at ' Iron Bridge ' exit signed for 'Ottery St Mary'.
Head for Cullompton town centre taking the B3181 towards Broadclyst/Exeter.
Continue for approximately 3 miles out of the town and at the Merry Harriers Public House turn left - following signposts to Langford.

Newcourt Barton is situated at the top of the road on a T. Junction on the left.
