There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before 12:00 BST mid-day, 48 hours / 2 days/ before your date of arrival.
Cancellation policy not applicable to NON REFUNADBLE RATES.If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the full cost of stay will be charged.
Items such as towels, bed spreads etc.are also included.
In case such event takes place the guest will be asked to either vacate the room, provide extra payments or both.

Central Trains run regularly from Cardiff and Derby to Nottingham or Skegness.
We are about five miles away from Junction 25 on the M1.
After Junction 25, take the A52.
