Cotton Mills is a historic Grade 2 listed building which was built in 1883 boasting 274 bedrooms in 4,5 and 6 bed apartments which has retained many of it's original features. Paul knows every square inch of his building and if there's a problem, he knows exactly what to do.
He has worked in facility maintenance for over 20 years and is a qualified electrical PAT tester, If it's not broken, don't try to fix it.
