We will find tenants for you, predominantly from the student population of Nottingham University and Nottingham Trent University.

We only require a one-off fee and for that we provide signed tenancy agreements, carry out a fully-written inventory and visit the property to take photographs.
If the property is H.M.O Licensed, it will be advertised on the Nottingham Trent University and Nottingham University websites.
