Born and bred in Ayrshire, Paul Moffat is an award winning, innovative and creative Chef.
A member of The Master Chefs of Great Britain, he's incredibly passionate about producing seasonal menus which make the best use of our fantastic natural larder.
Having started his career as an apprentice chef at 16, he has worked in various 5 star and boutique hotels across Scotland culminating in achieving and retaining 2 rosette status for 14 years in Ayrshire.
Paul is a strong believer in continuous learning so spends much of his free time teaching himself new techniques, from how to create the best sourdough to perfecting all things pastry.
