Trigony is a friendly and luxurious Scottish Country Hotel nestled in the heart of Dumfries and Galloway. The Trigony House Hotel & Garden Spa is located just north of Closeburn before the village of Thornhill, in the beautiful Nith Valley, surrounded by the rolling Kier hills & woodland of Dumfriesshire in South West Scotland.
The Hotel is situated about 100 yards from the Main Road.
Some traffic noise is audible though it is not obtrusive, however "rush hour" is somewhat less rushed here in Dumfriesshire.
To get to us is quite straight forward and using the map or sat nav will usually get you to our front door without any fuss.

Dogs are not just allowed but welcomed at Trigony.
The house is surrounded by the rolling hills of Dumfriesshire, so dogs are well catered for with some great local countryside and dog friendly walks to explore.
There are some lovely walks for you and your four legged friend straight from the hotel's front door.
We provide all pet owner's with a welcome pack for every dog that stays with us at Trigony.
This includes a map of the land around our hotel with all the best walks in the area as well as doggy treats.
