Woodshill Byres 4 Star Self catering Holiday Cottages are on the peaceful rural location of our working family farm near pretty West Chiltington village, with the Queens Head pub, Village shop and St Mary's church which has twelfth century wall paintings. Beautifully converted from old cattle barns with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, stone and brickwork; Dairy Byre, Bulls Box and Mouse House are set around a gated courtyard on a 200 acre working livestock farm on the on the edge of the South Downs National Park.
There are wonderful views of the countryside from bridlepaths and footpaths running through the farm for countryside walks and cycling. On the edge of the South Downs National Park Woodshill Farm is on a hill with outstanding panoramic views of the South Downs and Surrey Hills. Walk or cycle the footpaths and bridleways that meander through the fields and bluebell wood.
Have a leisurely picnic watching the cows and calves in the fields and maybe spot deer, buzzards and other wildlife.
