We are centrally located between Poole and Bournemouth, in Lower Parkstone, walking distance to the buzzing Ashley Cross Village and just a five minute drive to the famous beaches of Sandbanks and historic port of Poole Quay.
Our home from home offers you the warmest of hospitality and our aim is to make sure that your stay is as enjoyable and relaxing as possible at our friendly guest house. We securely store your Debit/Credit Card details and do not take payment until your stay commences. If you are in a rush then we can generally make a take/away breakfast sandwich for you from 07:15 Weekdays.
