We are able to keep our prices low, as we do not offer a breakfast.
However, guests are able to provide their own breakfast and other meals using our dining room facilities, microwaves, toaster, kettle, fridges and food storage cupboards.
If you need to cancel please don't worry as a full refund is given with 5 days or more notice.
Unfortunately 4 days or less notice will incur full payment of booking.
