Our accommodation ranges from 2 bedroom flats to 8 bedroom houses, and these are situated in the popular student areas of Highfield, Portswood, and the Polygon, in the city centre.
As ex-Southampton University students we care for our tenants as well as our properties, and employ friendly, professional staff.

A property is reserved when you sign the tenancy agreement and pay the first month's rent.
We will usually meet you at your Halls of Residence or at your present rented house in Southampton.
You also need a debit or credit card to pay the first rent payment.
Your first instalment of rent is collected by debit or credit card, but after this rent is paid by direct debit from the beginning of July.
A property is reserved when you sign the tenancy agreement and pay the first month's rent.
