Services
We hold your refundable deposit in a secure and independent tenancy deposit scheme.
As soon as your tenancy is finished, if your rent has been fully paid and as long as you've not caused any damage to the property, we will refund your deposit to you in full.
If you have caused any damage to the property during your tenancy, we will use part or all of your deposit to make the appropriate repairs.
You will require a guarantor if you are paying your rent in instalments.
This gives both us, and you, the security that your rental payments will be paid in full.
