Our friendly local pub 'The Sun' is just a 2 min walk away and the well known quaint little Winkle Street with it's sweet cottages and little stream is walking distance across the road near the local church. The pretty village of Brighstone is nearby with 2 village shops, small museum and gift shop, church and local pub. There are many lovely beaches and miles of beautiful coastal/forest walks including the Tennyson trails for your enjoyment.
Freshwater (10mins) is local for shopping and close by is Freshwater Bay with it's chalk cliffs and clifftop walks. Nearby are great views from The Needles and Alum Bay. Cobbled streets with cafes, galleries, antique and independent shops, pier and lovely 17th century church. A lovely spot to sit and watch the boats sailing by whilst enjoying coffee/lunch at one of the cafes (with outside seating) or take the woodland walk.
A deposit of 100 for 1 week or more on booking and balance to be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival. We do not take credit/debit cards but accept cheques and bank transfers.
