We offer excellent farmhouse Bed & Breakfast with home cooked food, a large lounge with woodburner, oak floors in the dining room and free WIFI. 2 of our 9 rooms are situated on the ground floor with en-suite walk in showers (all rooms are en-suite power shower except the family rooms which also have a bath, fridge and sink/drainer). Ample private off road parking and only 10 min walk to the local pub/restaurant in Lea village or 10 min drive to Matlock Bath!

The guest house was purpose built 10 years ago and has an idyllic south facing setting with beautiful views over the historic Lea Valley (connections with Florence Nightingale) and on the cusp of the UNESCO Derwent Valley World Heritage Site (on the Nightingale Spur) in the White Peak District.

Alternatively when available we can offer sole use rental of the whole guest house self-catering (please book early for this option). Holloway village is apx 15 min walk with grocery store and post office and an award winning butcher; Tesco at Alfreton, Sainsbury at Matlock and Ripley and Morrisons at Belper are all within 15 min drive or order on line for a delivery.
