All bookings require a deposit of one night's tariff to be paid at the time of booking.
Changes to bookings made up to 2 days before the arrival date/time are without charge (except in July and August).
Cancellation of bookings made up to 7 days before the arrival date/time will incur a 30% retention of the deposit.
Thereafter the full deposit may be charged.
The minimum deposit (of one night's tariff) for bookings in May, June, July, August & September is non-refundable at all times.
The deposit for all Special Offer Rates is non-refundable.
