Blagdon Farm is a working small-holding with 8 high-quality lakeside lodges and a camping and caravan site close to our 1.5 acre coarse fishing lake, only a few minutes from the sandy North Cornwall beaches at Bude and Widemouth Bay.
Blagdon Farm is the perfect base from which to explore both Devon and Cornwall. Our high-quality lakeside lodges have South-facing private balconies with amazing views across the lake. All our lodges are fully-accessible and are exceptionally well equipped featuring HDTVs with built in DVD/CDs, Free WiFi, washers or washer/dryers, fridge/freezers, microwaves and most have a dishwasher too.

Set in the heart of Ruby country (so called after the Ruby Red cattle farmed locally), Blagdon Farm is a working small-holding only a few miles from the wide sandy North Cornwall beaches at Bude and Widemouth Bay, the stunning Cornish resorts of Boscastle and Padstow (home to Rick Stein's famous seafood restaurant), and the spectacular scenery of Dartmoor and Exmoor.
The ancient port of Clovelly and historic Tintagel Castle are close by and the attractions of the Eden Project, the Tate St. Ives, and RHS Rosemoor Gardens are all within easy reach.

We have 6 two-bedroom lodges and 2 one-bedroom lodges which were all purpose designed and built to be 100% fully-accessible for disabled people and they are rated at 4* or 3*.
The two bedroom lodges sleep up to 6 + cot and the 1 bedroom lodges sleep up to 4 + cot.
Please note that we do not accept more than 5 adults in the lodges sleeping 6, or more than 3 adults in the lodges that sleep 4 because the sofa-beds are small doubles.
Prices are based on up to 4 adults in a 2 bedroom lodge and up to 2 adults in a 1 bedroom lodge.
The two bedroom lodges sleep up to 6 + cot and the 1 bedroom lodges sleep up to 4 + cot.

Mallard is a bright and airy lodge featuring an open plan living room with laminate flooring and a leather suite (including a sofa bed), a contemporary fire and a flatscreen HD TV with built-in DVD/CD player.
There is a dining table which can accommodate up to 6 people and the kitchen includes a double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer.
The master bedroom in Mallard features a king-sized sleigh bed and there are twin beds in the second bedroom.
Each bedroom has built in wardrobes and a dressing table or dressing chest of drawers.
There is a dining table which can accommodate up to 6 people and the kitchen includes a double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer.
The master bedroom in Mallard features a king-sized sleigh bed and there are twin beds in the second bedroom.
Each bedroom has built in wardrobes and a dressing table or dressing chest of drawers.

The swimming pool is open from Easter until the end of October half term daily between 10am and 7pm.
It has it's own accessible changing rooms, showers and WC.
If you have limited mobility then there is a hoist to help you in and out of the pool.
Sliding patio doors along one wall reveal a lovely sun deck overlooking the orchard where you can bask in the glorious Devon sunshine.
