The farm has been in the Hurford family for over 80 years with three generations working on the farm today, the family have been milking here during that time and it still remains the main enterprise.
There are 180 dairy cows with the milk being sold to Tesco processed via Muller Dairies at Bridgwater.
The cows calve from early September to Mid December and are grazed in the fields surrounding the farm for as much of the year as possible with younger cattle being grazed throughout the year.
You are welcome to see the milking parlour and or a farm tour by arrangement with the family.
