At our beautiful home, Merlindale, we will always strive to deliver exceptional accommodation and service. Our spacious bedrooms are all tastefully furnished with either luxury bath and shower ensuite facilities or a private shower room. Guests may choose between double or twin bedrooms with TV, digital radio and complimentary WiFi in all rooms. Parking is available within our grounds.
Breakfast is served in our elegant dining room with plenty of choice, whether you are having a lighter option, a traditional full Scottish or combination, all freshly cooked to order using finest Scottish ingredients and locally sourced where possible.

Merlindale is centrally located in Crieff, Perthshire, on the edge of Strathearn, in central Scotland.
Leave A9 at Green loaning and take A822 through Greenloaning, through Braco and Muthill to Crieff.
Follows signs for Crieff town centre on A85.
500yds on right Tower Hotel straight past Houseproud on right, Merlindale Bed and Breakfast is the 4th house on left, you can drive off the road, into a parking bay at the west of the house.
Take the A85 West sign posted Crianlarich.
This road will take you through Crieff.
Leave A9 at Green loaning and take A822 through Greenloaning, through Braco and Muthill to Crieff.
Follows signs for Crieff town centre on A85.
500yds on right Tower Hotel straight past Houseproud on right, Merlindale Bed and Breakfast is the 4th house on left, you can drive off the road, into a parking bay at the west of the house.
Take the A85 West sign posted Crianlarich.
This road will take you through Crieff.

Check-in times are specified on your booking confirmation, standard check in time is between 15.00 and 18.00 unless you have requested a separate check in time directly with us and we have confirmed in writing.
In the event that you attempt to check-in outside of the standard times without prior arrangement, you may need to wait as your room may not be ready.
The Check-out time is also specified on your booking confirmation and standard check out time is 08.00-10.30.
If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in time on the date of arrival as printed on your booking confirmation you will be charged the first nights accommodation, including any booking extras.
In the event that you attempt to check-in outside of the standard times without prior arrangement, you may need to wait as your room may not be ready.

We have a full programme of traditional Highland games competitions on offer including The Scottish Heavyweight Championship Running, Youth Running, Cycling, Highland Dancing, Heavyweights, Light Field, and Tug o War.
We will also showcase several Piping Performances throughout the day as well as the spine-tingling salute to the Chieftain and the customary Massed Pipe Bands finale.
