Welcome to our family run bed and breakfast which is located close to Derby City Centre. It is our aim to provide you with an enjoyable stay combining the advantages of city life with the tranquillity of the countryside. Located in the middle of England - Derby in Derbyshire, we're near to East Midlands Airport. Nearby towns and cities are Nottingham in Nottinghamshire, Leicester in Leicestershire and Burton on Trent in Staffordshire.

So whether you're looking to unwind or working on a project of some of the largest employers in the Midlands such as Rolls-Royce, Toyota, Bloor Investments or Bombardier Transportation, we'll make you feel at home. We're also perfectly located for those wishing to discover the gems of Calke Abbey, Sudbury Hall, Hardwick Hall and Kedleston Hall.

Each en-suite room is double glazed, centrally heated with facilities including WC, shower, wash hand basin, colour TV and free Wi-Fi, most have a microwave and fridge.
Some rooms have views onto the woodland, so that you can bird watch and city wildlife watch.
