Willie, Rosalyn and family offer you a warm welcome and superb Scottish hospitality in their Highland home which has a choice of accommodation. We offer a choice of 2 ensuite bedrooms (double, twin). Each bedroom is equipped with Sky TV, DVD / CD player, hairdryer, clock radio alarm, tea/coffee making facilities and free WiFi. Our modern, fully equipped, self contained apartment is located in the grounds of Tigh Na Drochaid and sleeps 2-4 people.

It's the ideal self catering accommodation for a family holiday in the Highlands. We are based at the foot of Glen Nevis in the heart of Britain's Outdoor Capital, just 10 minutes walk from Fort William town centre and only 100 metres from the end of The West Highland Way. We are located in a prime position, less than a mile from Ben Nevis. Tigh Na Drochaid is an ideal base for climbing, skiing, fishing, mountain biking, hill walking, canoeing and many other outdoor pursuits.

From here you can explore The Road to the Isles - why take a ride on the Jacobite steam train which stops at Glenfinnan where you can get a boat trip Loch Shiel to spot eagles?
Services
Our modern furnished semi-detached apartment is based at the foot of Glen Nevis in the heart of Britain's Outdoor Capital.
Attached to the owners' property, it is within walking distance of Fort William town centre and its many bars and restaurants.
It is ideal for family holidays and touring the Scottish Highlands.
As always it was spotlessly clean, and gives the luxury of a little more space (and a washing machine).
Located close enough to the centre for a gentle walk to pubs and restaurants, on the route to Ben Nevis, and with a quiet location and secure parking you couldn't ask for more.
Tigh Na Drochaid is within convenient walking distance of the many shops, bars and restaurants in Fort William.
This bustling town is set in the shadow of Ben Nevis.
There are daily boat trips from the pier to see the seals in Loch Linnhe (March to October).
You can also explore the distillery, museum, art gallery, shops and leisure centre.
There are many interesting events throughout the year including the Mountain Film Festival in February, the Scottish Six Day Motorcycle Trials in May and Skyrunning in September.
Tigh na Drochaid is always our first choice when booking in Fort William, having stayed with Rosalyn and Willie over a number of years.
Their B & B is immaculately clean, reasonably priced, and always offers both comfort and a warm welcome.
On this occasion we stayed in the double room for 3 nights.
This room is spacious with plenty of wardrobe space and drawers for storage, and an en-suite shower room.
The B & B is on the road to Ben Nevis, making easy access if coming from Inverness, and is only a short walk to the bus/train station, and the centre of Fort William.
