This is truly Newquay's finest gem of a hotel. A huge thank you to both Debbie & Mark for making us feel so very welcome. The decor throughout the hotel is beautiful, and so tastefully done. Attention to detail is amazing, which in turn makes it all the more welcoming, with a lovely warm comfortable feel to every room. Debbie & Mark take customer service and satisfaction to another level and went way above and beyond our expectations.
This was our first visit to The Carlton and i must say we were more than pleased with everything it was very clean, decorated with a lot of care and attention to detail it looked the same as when you look at the website which is very rare.
