Porth Lodge is a lovely 'Olde Worlde' hotel which is set in a quiet country lane, only two minutes walk from the golden sands of Porth Beach with free parking for our customers. The 17th century Inn with its low ceilings, cosy nooks and 'Olde Worlde' charm, is popular with both holidaymakers and locals alike. Its sheltered position makes for a very pleasant holiday at any time of year.!

Porth, located just outside Newquay on the way to Watergate Bay, is away from the more hectic bustle of this exciting holiday resort, yet close enough for you to enjoy all of its facilities when you wish. The Porth Lodge Hotel, Restaunt is an ideal base for walking, cycling and surfing holidays, or for just exploring the fascinating countryside around Newquay and Cornwall.

The Tenpin bowling is ideal to pass a couple of hours when you need a break from the sun. There are also several local golf courses!
Services
We have standard rooms to accommodate 1 or 2 people, set up as a double or twin bed settings and all are furnished to an AA 3 star guest accommodation standard.
Our self catering holiday apartments are fully equipped for 4-6 people.
All have a bathroom, a separate toilet, lounge and fully equipped kitchen.
Duvets and freshly laundered bed linen are provided and all lounges are equipped with flat screen freeview TVs.
Free Wi-Fi* access (in almost all areas) is also available!
Uniquely Porth Lodge contains its very own, in house 4 lane tenpin bowling centre!
The restaurant offers a varied and interesting menu with both West Country dishes and hearty meals.
All food is prepared from fresh local produce and presented with flair for your pleasure depending on the availability of the seasons.
The small dining room is fitted out in wonderful, glowing, wood panelling together with natural stone walls just as is the main bar.
Sardines, surfing, fishing and boating, all have played their part in making Newquay the exciting and vibrant coastal destination it is today.
Occupying a fantastic location on the north Cornwall coast, with towering cliffs, pounding surf and a seemingly endless sweep of beaches, its no wonder that generations of visitors have been making their way to this great British holiday base!
Follow Quintrell Road, then take the Porth Bean Road turn off opposite the Post Office (by the first pedestrian crossing you reach when entering town).
