Parking is available for all guests. We offer 3 rooms: 1 large double that can be split into a twin if required, 1 twin & 1 standard double all with en suite facilities and free wi-fi.
All rooms come well-equipped and offer you the comfort and feel of a home from home. There are en-suite facilities, tea and coffee making, flat screen televisions and hair dryers. Guests will not have to bring towels or bed linen as all are provided and all rooms are cleaned to a fantastically high standard. We have lovely walks into Filey - less than 10 minutes to the Coble landing where you can just soak up the atmosphere of Filey Bay and the Brigg.
A short stroll into the town centre where you can enjoy some retail therapy from the vast range of shops we have to offer in Filey. Filey has a glorious Blue Flag sandy beach which is simply beautiful to walk on at any time during the day (please pay attention to tide times however) or if you fancy making a few sandcastles.

If you approach the coast on the A64 you take the Filey turn-off, A1039, at the roundabout 2 1/2 miles beyond Ganton.
Follow the signs for Filey.
If you approach from the South on the A165, you will come to a roundabout with the Filey turn-off to the right.
