Slipway Cottage is at the North end of The Beach road.
At the end of the blue railings turn up the steep slope to the parking spot for one car behind the cottage.

There are 3 options to get down the hill to The Beach road, Filey, where the cottage is situated from Filey town.
Coming from the North take Ravine Drive - the cottage is on the corner up the steep slope when you get to the end of Ravine Drive.

There are 3 options to get down the hill to The Beach road, Filey, where the cottage is situated from Filey town.

From the Yorkshire Wolds direction and Bridlington which joins the route above and enters Filey from the South.
When we travel over it is normally via York and the A64.
If you want a break then the Cafes at the Scamston Walled Garden or Woldsway Lavender are worth a visit.
A little close to Filey but a super place to get fresh food and pre-cooked meals along with the coffee, cake, sandwiches etc is at Glebe Farm, Potter Brompton.
All the food Sally makes has proven to be brilliant over many testing sessions.
