Due to Health & Safety Regulations, the pool or hot tub cannot be used without full instructions from the Caretaker.
Guests will need to on arrival telephone 07787774628 to arrange a new meeting for the next day.
The extent of recoverable costs from The Guest by The Owner are limited to the cost of any work done and other costs incurred by The Owner and are not limited to the damage deposit.
