Relax and enjoy your stay with us at our 19th Century Guest House situated just moments from Byes Park in the seaside town of Sidmouth. We are located just minutes from the pretty regency town centre, which itself sits along the stunning Jurassic coast. There is plenty to keep you busy during your visit with independent shops, restaurants and various leisure activities within walking distance.

Our aim is to offer guests a relaxed atmosphere accompanied by the highest standards of comfort in our refurbished modern en-suite bedrooms, as well as a homely guest lounge and bright and airy dining room. Our breakfasts are cooked fresh to order using the very best of local ingredients wherever possible. We very much look forward to welcoming you to our B&B as a home for you to enjoy the unspoiled area of East Devon.

Our breakfasts are cooked to order by Louise using all locally sourced quality product that is organic where possible. Sidmouth is a town located along the Jurassic Coast with beautiful gardens, countryside and award winning clean beaches.

It has been a life long dream of ours to live by the sea as well as to have the opportunity to work together, so after an extensive search in 2017 we were delighted to have secured Berwick House.
We are both keen walkers and have thoroughly enjoyed exploring the local countryside and coastline with our beloved Border Terrier, Jaxon.

Louise is an experienced chef having worked in both corporate and private restaurants and prides herself on supporting local suppliers whilst using ethically sourced ingredients.
This first floor room comprises a pleasant outlook to the front of the house overlooking Salcombe Road with plenty of storage space and a spacious shower room.

This south facing first floor room has two single beds with views over the rear court yard and is fitted with a modern shower room.
With views over the courtyard to the rear of the house this room offers a bright and airy space to relax and unwind and the large shower room is fitted with a modern fitted white suite with separate walk in shower.
Please note a discretionary supplement of 10 per room per night may be added for any single night stay.
A 5% discount is applied to 7 night stays or longer, this excludes Folk Week (min stay 7 nights).
To secure a stay with us, a non-refundable (transferable if more than 14 days before arrival) deposit equal to the cost of the first night's accommodation per room must be paid by cheque, BACS or card payment over the telephone or on our website.

The nearest train station is Honiton which is approximately 15 minutes by car (also served by a stagecoach bus route 52b).
This train line runs from London Waterloo to Penzance.
For guests arriving in the evening there is lighting above the front door, on the corner of the house and sensor lights to the side and back of the property.
