A genuinely friendly welcome awaits you at the cottage, a large Edwardian house in the centre of Llandrindod wells. Originally built as a doctor's residence and practice it occupies a prominent position in the heart of the town's conservation area. Built in 1903 in the Arts and Crafts style, The Cottage has retained most of its original features and the decor adds to the relaxed, period feel of the house.

Being an Arts and Craft house it is full of idiosyncrasies and oddly shaped rooms. In fact we have it on good authority that when Dr Morgan-Evans was asked by his architect what he wanted, the reply was "Do as you will sir, but no room shall be square; good day!"
Services
All the bedrooms are decorated in a period style and contain predominantly period furniture.
If you have travelled without your hair dryer or iron, just let us know and you can use one of ours.
The rooms are mostly double and twin bedded and the family room has a double and two single beds.
All rooms have their own key for your security and peace of mind.
We have a large guest lounge where guests can relax into the big comfy sofas after their day's exertions.
Breakfast is served in our dining room, which has individual tables for each room and again we have tried to create an Edwardian ambience.
