High Season - June, July, August and September a minimum booking of two consecutive nights is required all week.
Guests can check in from 4pm on the day of arrival and are asked to vacate their rooms by 10am on the day of departure.
Luggage can be left before or after checkin/out by prior arrangement.
Situated on the first floor at the back of the house the standard double is a quiet, comfortable and sunny room providing compact but functional space with a 4'6 bedframe.
All bedrooms have recently been refurbished with contemporary style en suites including large shower cubicle, shaver socket and mirror light.

Follow the A30 to Penzance on approaching Penzance, at the Tesco roundabout, take the second exit sign posted Land's End/A30 to avoid the town centre.
Cross over two more roundabouts on this ring road around the edge of town.
At the third roundabout (Mount Misery) take first exit sign posted - Newlyn Art Gallery/Seafront Continue 800 metres until you reach a mini-roundabout turn right ('Seafront') into Alexandra Road.
We are located further down on the right hand side with a flower stall in the front garden.

Easy parking was available and the guest house was quiet, clean and newly refurbished with excellent en suite facilities.
