To reserve a property, first contact us to see if your chosen property is still available.
You will then be required to complete a Reservation form and a data consent form.
Depending on which property you are booking you will then be asked to pay either an advanced rent payment or a full damage deposit.
Please be aware that most of our properties are occupied and we must provide our tenants with 24 hours notice prior to any viewings.
Therefore we advise contacting us at least 48 hours prior to the date that you would like the viewing.
You will then be required to complete a Reservation form and a data consent form.
Depending on which property you are booking you will then be asked to pay either an advanced rent payment or a full damage deposit.
