Amazing communication from staff via email after having to change our original booking.staff even went as far as decorating our room upon arrival for my daughters 21st birthday when I asked if there was a shop nearby where I could buy a helium balloon. Only ended up staying for 1 night, but the room was clean and warm, beds comfy, bathroom nice, easy check-in, convenient location.only a 10 minute walk into the city centre/train station and a great price too. We will definitely use this accommodation again for a 'no frills' stay in our favourite city. International Inn.you surpassed my expectations 100%

Exactly what you expect from a cheap and well located hostel. The shower was really good, with proper hot water. It's cheap and good location. If you just want a place to crush after a day walking with good shower, just go for it. Rooms: 4/5 | Service: 4/5 | Location: 5/5. More

Very affordable. Friendly people. Kitchen: Clean kitchen just a bit warm and poorly ventilated, but with nice features like an electric stove, oven toasters, waterboilers, free tea and sugar, fridges. not very nice kitchen knives and some pans are a bit bent and utensils are missing but overal plenty of stuff to cook with. Beds: Nice clean rooms with 4 to 8 beds, most beds are made of boards with a curtain so you'll have a way to separate yourself from the room (and even have usb charging sockets and a lamp inside!).

The beds are not huge, 1.95m long so for me being 1,90m it was just about enough. Other: Every bedroom has its own bathroom with shower toilet and sink. All good quality and clean, just the shower cabin is quite small. Towels are 1pound at the reception. Good wifi throughout the building, a tv room with dirty old couches, a really big tv and a mediocre pool table. I really enjoyed my stay here and would defenitely recommend it. I'd give it 4,5 stars if it was possible.

Very good value. I had a room in Cocoon, comfortable bed, good shower, clean and had everything I needed. Aircon makes it a bit chilly and there is a high heat electric radiator which works quickly.

My room was perfect for me, got a private room for 2 nights. Had everything I needed and was able to connect to the wifi (usually only available in the common spaces) Nice clean bathroom and shower, also had my own tv. Bed was clean however mattress probably need to be replaced, but was fine for me to get a good night's rest. Location is good nice and quiet, great pubs on either side of the hostel

Bathroom equipment could be better. Still, bed pretty comfy and great noise isolation. Location good, quite close to dining/drinking areas. Nice stay overall!

The rooms in the Coccoon are tidy, the wifi is available in the rooms, the shower is quite spacious and there is a little kettle for a quick cup in the morning. The downside is that we had to wait a while in reception before anyone arrived. Granted it was at 23:00 and the clerk was probably in the kitchen preparing some food, but a little bell would be in order.

The rooms are also underground (at least ours was), so no windows which can be a bit claustrophobic. Still, they are well kept and don't smell, so it isn't much of an issue. Great to spend the night cheaply while you enjoy Liverpool during the day!
