Tony has been doing just that at Knockinaam Lodge for 25 years and during that time has trained many young chefs the traditional methods of great cooking.
With 3 AA Rosettes comes an expectation of high standards and the team seek to live up to that every day.
The menu is carefully designed by Tony and his chefs, who select the best raw ingredients that their trusted suppliers of quality produce provide for the restaurant.

Both civil and religious wedding ceremonies are possible at Knockinaam Lodge.
If you choose a civil ceremony, we will apply for the attendance of a Registrar or Humanist Celebrant on your behalf.
Once this has been confirmed we will be able to continue to help you with the planning of your special day.
Unfortunately due to Government guidelines, we cannot offer the option of a marquee or Tipi's in the grounds due to social distancing guidance on larger numbers.
