Of course, Hope Barton wouldn't be what it is without its idyllic location.
There's something extraordinary about being able to wake up in a country-cottage to views of green pastures, stretching across hills and fields.
Or how about taking a step outside your front door to hear the faint whistle of the ocean, and smell the fresh sea air.
Hope Barton wouldn't be what it is without the surrounding Devon countryside, untouched and unspoilt on this working 35-acre farm.
Where once smugglers plied their illicit trade, travellers may now enjoy an enchanting holiday destination.

Each cottage is divided into 10 fractions.

All property sale prices are determined by negotiation between cottage owner and potential purchaser.

Our first BBQ of the year.
We always host our first BBQ on the May half term and we then return back to our Supper parties each Monday until the Summer holidays.
We have a pair of piggies that has just arrived.
They need to stay inside for a few weeks and then when the weather warms up they can explore outside!
