Alison Park Hotel, a Small Traditional, Family Run Hotel and Restaurant in Buxton, Derbyshire, Gateway to the Peak District. Surrounded by mature gardens and with free on site parking for 12 cars. Located on the edge of Buxton's town centre, (just far enough from the hustle and bustle) but close enough that it's a 5 minute walk away from the Buxton Opera House, Pavilion Gardens, and Pavilion Arts Centre.

All of which are regular venues for Buxton's popular Festivals and other special events. The Alison Park Hotel is well situated for visiting Buxton or exploring the Peak District National Park and the Derbyshire's Hills and Dales - therefore offering opportunities for walking, cycling or climbing.

We stock a good selection of spirits, liqueurs, packaged beers and ales as well as a simple but well rounded international wine list that should be able to satisfy most tastes.
At Alison Park Hotel in Buxton our fourteen ensuite bedrooms (including three with exclusive private facilities) offer a combination of double, twin single or family accommodation.
Each of the non smoking bedrooms is unique with its own charm, and is provided with a television with 8 digital channels, tea and coffee tray, hairdryer and a comfortable bed.
Buxton has a wealth of Georgian, Victorian and Edwardian architecture.
Many stylish shops, cafes and restaurants, as well as world-class theatre, comedy, dance and musical acts appearing at both the stunning Opera House and Pavilion Arts Centre.
The Pavilion Gardens just across the road consists of 23 acres of recently restored pleasure gardens with lakes, bandstand, Pavilion, restaurants and swimming pool - the perfect place to relax and unwind.
Buxton is also the home to the famous Buxton Festival and to Buxton Spa water which can be sampled from the St. Anne's well.
