We are a family run business specialising in letting accommodation for students in Gloucester. We have been operating for 9 years and have 4 properties in our portfolio. All the houses are maintained by us and we take a lot of care in providing accommodation that will be comfortable and cater for student's needs. All the houses have been refurbished in the last 9 years and are fitted with fire/smoke alarm systems.
The three storey houses have passed inspection by Gloucester City Council Building Regulations and Environmental Health Departments and have HMO (House in Multiple Occupation) certification. We currently house both groups and individual students from local universities and colleges.
