A. We are a holiday home rental company that displays holiday properties at no cost but we do organise & manage enquiries, bookings and all guest and owner payments ~ all administered at a very low percentage rate of commission.
There are no other costs or owner stay restrictions and if we are able to travel to your holiday property, we will also take a professional set of photographs free of charge!

We especially love the unusual & quirky bolt holes that offer our guests the chance to book and stay in exciting & unique holiday rentals.

In this situation you may promote your property on your own website and make booking payments directly yourself.
This is an ideal mechanism for taking deposits quickly and ensuring the booking is made.
This facility comes with the option to market properties on our site as well.
Only certain customers or partners can be approved for this facility and "Terms & Conditions" apply.

Where a property has a large green 'Enquire now!' button displayed (instead of a Book now! button, which the vast majority of properties have) ~ this means that we need to check availability calendars for this chosen property before confirming a booking is possible.
