For the professional care of your loved dog we have a selection of 10 self-contained suites of a very modern design opened in 2010. At our secluded and exclusive premises, your dog can be assured of exceptional individual care and attention. With lots of very happy clients who return time after time, our aim is to provide a happy and stress-free environment, with diet and attention to suit so you can leave your much-loved pet with complete peace of mind.
Our dog suites are light, spacious and insulated to give your dog a secure and comfortable personal space. We know how important the dog in your family is and our aim has been to have comfortable, temperature controlled accommodation with an attached exercise area protected and enclose as another room, rather than an exposed run, this ensures the dogs are not subject to noise and stress.
The routine is kept as close to one which most family dogs may get at home; with at least two walks a day, grooming and play sessions and human contact.
Living on the premises ourselves, we are able to provide you with peace of mind of 24-hour security and care.

The well lit bedrooms have a standard glass house door giving access to a secure corridor.
The floors have slip-resistant tiles in natural colours and thermostatically controlled underfloor heating with cool lying areas.
Each totally private room has sound insulated solid walls and ceilings, so your dog is not disturbed by other residents.
Bringing your dog's bed and bedding will be a comfort to them and help them settle more easily.
However, we are happy to provide a bed - we provide raised beds and blankets or traditional plastic beds - whichever bed type will make your dog feel most comfortable.

We have been caring for families' much loved dogs for over 10 years and now have a fair few older dogs who have never been anywhere else for their stays away from home.
They are very settled and happy here and I feel some of them would be much happier chilling on my sofa, in front of the wood burner, or sunning themselves in the conservatory now they aren't able to manage the longer walks.

During your dogs stay I will be in touch with photos and videos of how your dog is progressing, I also build a bank of training videos for you to refer back to once your dog comes home, I insist on a handover session at the end of the programme so that I can transfer learning to yourself, I am also available for any help and advice after the programme.
