Come and experience the peace and tranquility of this self contained holiday cottage, situated on a working hill farm in the beautiful Cownwy valley of Mid Wales. We are located just over 3 miles by road from the spectacular Lake Vyrnwy or a picturesque walk through the countryside. All visitors are very welcome at any time of year, whether for self catering or bed and breakfast.
This attractive cottage is adjacent to the main farmhouse and has its own private entrance and veranda overlooking the garden (there is ample parking). The cottage is fully heated with a comfortable sitting/dining room with cosy open fireplace. The two upstairs bedrooms include a double and family room. Both have views along the valley. The surrounding forests, lakes, rivers and valleys make it a perfect base for those who enjoy bird watching, walking, cycling, sailing, canoeing, fishing and horse riding.
There are even tracks for the mountain bike enthusiast. The central location of the cottage also allows guests to enjoy many days out visiting local places of interest such as craft workshops, potteries, garden centres and steam railways.
