Great value self-catering hostel accommodation in the Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We are a registered charity offering affordable accommodation with the aim of enabling people to enjoy and participate in country life. The Management Committee have taken steps to reduce our energy consumption, lowering our carbon emissions and reducing the costs of running the Centre.
Additional PV panels have been installed together with an air source heat pump, a battery to store the power produced from the PV panels and LED lighting throughout the Centre. As a charity we do rely on financial support to help fund major capital expenditure. The total cost of these improvement was 28,722.00. The 9.2 million Smart Energy programme has been part funded by the European Regional Development fund.
This is enabling small to medium businesses across the Greater Lincolnshire area invest in energy saving technology. The refurbishment and upgrade to our accessible toilet has been made possible by generous grants from the NET fund (managed by the Lincolnshire Community Foundation), Lincolnshire Wolds Countryside Service, with match funding from West Lindsey District Council.

A deposit of 50 per night is required on booking.
The balance is due one month before your visit.
In addition, when paying the balance, we ask for 100 returnable deposit against damage or breakages.
If there are no problems this will be returned within 2 weeks of your stay.

We ask visitors to please respect the residents of the village: bookings by stag/hen parties will not be accepted.
