Accommodation at Spinney House is available in a self-contained, luxurious Garden Annexe/Apartment attached to the rear of our family home. It is the ideal location for visitors to the Thames Valley seeking a quiet, rural escape and also for the business traveller seeking an alternative to impersonal hotels. The house is set in six acres of beautiful, secluded gardens surrounded by arable farmland and country walks but is only a ten minute drive to Bracknell and Twyford railway stations.
The M4 [junction 8/9 and junction 10] and M3 [junction 3] motorways are easily accessible and Heathrow Airport is 30 minutes away. A heated swimming pool is available to guests in the summer months, and during Royal Ascot and Henley weeks we are happy to provide lunch at the house or a luxury picnic for your day out. Special occasions can also be catered for on request.

The Garden Annexe at Spinney House has its own private entrance and unlimited parking, giving total privacy during your stay.
It consists of a large bedroom suite (21ft x 12f), kitchen/dining area and bathroom.
The rooms lead directly onto the swimming pool garden where sun loungers and umbrellas are available during the summer.
The Annexe is fully heated with controls at your finger tips and is serviced on a daily basis.
If guests choose to spend time at the house, they are welcome to wander around the gardens and make friends with the resident Llamas.

We are able to provide a travel cot for infants but as there is only one bedroom, the apartment is not suitable accommodation for older children.
Well behaved dogs with their own beds are welcome without additional payment but please advise when booking.
We would appreciate a deposit payment of at least 35 when booking which is refundable provided seven days notice of cancellation is given.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit cards.
Full refund of deposit if notice of cancellation is received up to two weeks before date of arrival (One month's notice is required for any booking during Royal Ascot week).
Well behaved dogs with their own beds are welcome without additional payment but please advise when booking.
