Unsurprisingly, these very basic business values have translated into healthy profitability: Since 2009 our net pre-tax profit margin (after interest payments) has averaged 60% of turnover.
We are actively seeking development opportunities both within our current portfolio and amongst adjacent properties, all of which have the potential tooffer very favourable returns.
