Services
We have lived in Levens Green since 1987 and have always enjoyed the peaceful and beautiful countryside.
In 2012 we completed the conversion of barns and stables for holiday cottages which was a project we built and managed ourselves.
All the cottages are named after family ponies which we have owned over the past 25 years.
Emerald Cottages have recently been converted from old stables and outbuildings to create a horseshoe of five one and two bedroomed cottages around a courtyard garden.
These are mainly on the ground floor giving easy access for people with restricted mobility.
Located in a quiet corner of the courtyard garden, this cottage provides a rustic but modern atmosphere.
Suitable for a romantic getaway for a couple, or short term business placement, you will have all equipment and features you need for your self-catered convenience.
Guests are welcome to walk around the garden overlooking the fields, and the horses may come and say hello!
This large 2 bedroomed cottage has been designed on one level but its elevated height gives it fantastic views.
It has its own patio and garden area overlooking fields and has the added bonus of an en-suite in the master bedroom.
Sleeps four and is perfect for two couples.
The spacious living and dining area is perfect for entertaining.
There is a large kitchen area with island for serving up a buffet feast or dinner party with a group of friends or family.
This place exceeded my expectations.
The cottage was very clean, modern, simple and soothing.
It is truly out in the country, with great walking paths, sweeping views and friendly horses, sheep and a resident dog.
You defiantly need a car.
A huge thank you to Verity and Steve for making us so comfortable whilst waiting for our new house to be completed.
