Located on a quiet farm near Lymm in the Cheshire countryside, between Manchester and Liverpool, Broomedge Farm Cottages make the perfect holiday cottage or holiday rental for anyone exploring the Northwest. There are wonderful views of the surrounding hills to north and east.

Completed to a very high specification, they make an excellent base for exploring the Cheshire countryside - whether it's for a week or two, or for a longer stay. We have a secure wireless / wifi broadband network extending throughout the cottages which is free to use for tenants. There is plenty of secure offroad parking right outside the cottages.

Broomedge Farm near Lymm in Cheshire is an excellent CL or Certified Location for members of the Caravan Club of Great Britain who are looking for Certified Locations in the northwest close to the M6 and M56 motorways, and handy for Manchester and Liverpool.
Opened in 2010, the site is open all year round.
Situated close to the motorway in the middle of the country, we make a great stopping-off point for north-south journeys - find out where we are.
All sites have an electric hookup.
Broomedge Farm is a lovely, peaceful spot, in an oasis of quiet countryside in north Cheshire.
After crossing the Thelwall Viaduct over the Manchester Ship Canal, leave the motorway at J20.
This junction has 2 exits, and you need to leave at the first exit, signposted 'A50, B5158 Lymm & Services'.
Stay on the A50 for around 2 1/2 miles (4.0km).
Once you reach High Legh village, take a left turn into West Lane, signposted Partington and Carrington.
You will come to a crossroads under the control traffic lights.
Go straight over this crossroads, obeying the light signals.
Immediately after the crossroads, look for the sign for Broomedge Farm Cottages on your right-hand side approx.
There is simply loads to see and do in Cheshire and the Northwest.
Long gone are the days of industry and grime - today, you can have an excellent holiday, whatever you enjoy doing.
If you prefer the outdoors, there's plenty of beautiful countryside around here - whether you prefer walking or cycling, open space is never far away.
Family Entertainment, Trafford Centre - cinema, indoor golf, laser quest, indoor rock climbing, bowling, arcades and dodgems.
Chill Factore - a great indoor ski and board centre where you can enjoy real snow!
Close to the Trafford Retail Centre, the Chill Factore has a main slope which is 180m long and 100m across at its widest point, plus 2 beginners' areas, a luge track and a children's snowplay area.

Quarry Bank Mill - an intact mill dating from the 18th century, with working machinery, water wheel and the Apprentices' House, where you can get an idea of what life was like for the workers.
Little Moreton Hall - one of the country's finest Tudor houses.
The classic black-and-white timbers still stand as a testament to the skill of the craftsmen.
Anderton Boat Lift - if you need to get goods from one canal to another a hundred feet higher, what do you do? - lift the entire boat from one to the other!
