There are 4 apartments altogether within 2 separate properties, and we can cater for either 1 person in a single unit, or a large family in one of our 3 or 4 bedroomed maisonettes. One of the properties is a detached house at Headingley which is a popular location within the City, and the other property is a large terraced house at Kirkstall near Kirkstall Abbey and its Museum.
The personal touch is always present at The Tops. Customers are met on arrival, and shown around the accommodation, and then met again on departure. Each individual apartment is self contained and private, and as the owners we give our customers the satisfaction of knowing that they are virtually staying in a home from home.

The property is divided into 2 self-contained apartments, each with its own separate entrance door.
This is a ground floor apartment which has a large lounge that opens onto a patio.
It has 1 bedroom with a double bed, bathroom and toilet with bath and shower, kitchen/diner with laundry and ironing facilities, and it has it's own private telephone.
A self-contained 3 bedroomed apartment comprising of the whole of the first and second floors.

The supply of all bedding and bedsheets is included in the prices but we do not provide towels.
Our type of accommodation is recommended because unlike hotels and the usual type of Guest Houses, these apartments have the advantage of being self-contained and private, and are virtually a home from home.
