North Farm provides a rural retreat for those wishing to escape, refresh and recharge. We have two lovely cottages, each sleeping four people as well as a handmade Shepherd's hut on the water meadow. From well-equipped kitchens to ride-on tractors, we make getting away as easy as possible. Surrounded by fields and wildlife, you can wake up to the birds singing and go to sleep under the light of the stars.
Around the farm, guests can enjoy the river, feed the chickens, play in the games room or explore the countryside. The farm is located near Aylsham in the centre of Norfolk and the Norfolk broads, North Norfolk coast and city of Norwich are only a short drive away.

Handmade in 2014, our wooden Shepherd's Hut is the perfect place to retreat and enjoy the beautiful Norfolk countryside at North Farm.
Mounted on cast-iron wheels from the local foundry, the hut is made from wood and insulated with lambs wool.
Inside, it has a 4'6double bed, chairs and small table and a wood-burning stove.
The stove can be used to boil a kettle or warm a basic meal and on colder nights, makes it extremely cosy.
During the Summer, the hut is situated in an isolated spot on our beautiful meadow, overlooking the stream, meaning that guests can enjoy the feeling of being totally 'away from it all' as they spend the day by the stream or long evenings by the fire-pit.

All our accommodation is situated in the grounds of North Farm in the centre of Norfolk, a beautiful farm only three miles away from the market town of Aylsham but surrounded by open country.
Guests can walk out from the farm in all directions or can fish on the Kings Beck (see below for more details).
North Farm lies hidden down a small farm-track, but is only a short drive from the famous Norfolk Broads, beautiful North Norfolk Coast and the city of Norwich.
This makes it the perfect base to explore all that Norfolk has to offer from crabbing at Cromer to messing about in boats at Wroxham.
