BY CAR If you are driving from Exeter leave the A38 slip road signed 'Plymouth' and 'City Centre'.
After a few miles follow signs for 'Hoe and Seafront'.
This one way road will bring you along the sea front roughly at sea level.
The sea is on your left and the grass slopes of Plymouth Hoe on your right.
You will drive past Smeaton's Tower, the red and white lighthouse standing on top of The Hoe.
At the next mini roundabout take the third exit into Pier Street.
We are the first house on your left.
We are ideally situated within easy walking distance of the modern City Centre and the historic Plymouth Barbican waterfront.
Here you will find the Mayflower Steps which mark the spot from where the Pilgrim Fathers set sail to found New England.
The recently extended National Marine Aquarium is the largest in Britain and boasts the deepest tank in Europe and is also situated on the Barbican along with art galleries, antique and gift shops.
