The property is situated in a purpose built apartment complex just off Great Western Road, offering modern and extremely comfortable accommodation for up to 5 people.
Access to the apartment is via a shared front door and hallway.
There are drying greens and grass areas in front of the apartment providing outdoor space.

The property may not be sub-let or re-assigned to another person or persons without the owners' permission.

We were only the second people in this newly acquired and newly decorated apartment.
It is beautifully decorated and has everything we needed for us and two small children (including to my son's delight, a Bob the Builder DVD!)
There was a small problem on arrival with the parking place being blocked in by another car but another space was arranged for our stay and, I understand, permanent changes have been made to avoid this happening again.
Other that than minor issue, we had an entirely uncomplicated and very comfortable stay and will definitely consider staying here again.
