We are a small, family run hotel in Polzeath, offering fantastic and exceedingly reasonable priced accommodation on a Bed & Breakfast basis. Guests are free to come and go as they please. If however it is your intention to stay out until the early hours of the morning partying, then we are not the place for you. Our licensed dining room is available during your stay if you prefer to eat in.
Guests have the added advantage of being able to purchase alcohol any time of the day or evening without the requirement of a meal. We offer scrumptious homemade meals at very equitable prices. Finally, we don't accept pets, no, not even the well behaved ones. Breakfasts will still be cooked and served in the mornings in the breakfast room as before.

All our beds utilise 1000 pocket spring double mattresses (like the ones they use at Premier Inn!) for a good comfortable night's sleep.
Our rooms are kitted out with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible including complimentary soaps and lotions, independent heating, a Smart TV so you can watch internet based viewing such as BBC iPlayer, Youtube etc.
